Cellulite generally affects women. It is basically a term that initially used in1973 to elaborate the dumps of dimpled fat found on bumps, hips, thighs and buttocks of several women. According to some medical authorities, this non-medical term, ‘cellulite’ is just a common fatty tissue. There are so many people who have cellulite.

It depends upon certain factors like genes, gender, age and the thickness of fat of a person. You may test it easily by pinching the skin close to your upper thigh and if it looks a little bit lumpy then you are also affected. By improving your inner nutritional health you can easily reduce cellulite.

Precaution is always better than cure’. Here are some tips that help you in reducing cellulite:

1. Have some lemon juice daily.
2. Avoid hot baths.
3. Do yoga exercises or aerobics regularly.
4. Don’t wear tight clothes.
5. Have healthy meal on time.

In the nutshell, we can say that healthy diet and regular exercise are two major approaches to keep your body fit. While selecting any surgical procedures, diet supplements or any other remedies, don’t forget to consult your doctor first. In addition to all there is no information about exact causes and cures of cellulite as it is not a medical term.
